Easy Recipe: Egg Frittatas for Kids

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • ½ cup of mozzarella cheese (or cheese of choice)
  • 1 cup frozen butternut squash cubes
Instructions
  1. Combine eggs, milk and cheese in a bowl and beat the mixture
  2. Pour mixture into a muffin pan
  3. Drop in butternut squash cubes (3 for each muffin)
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes
  5. Remove and cool for five minutes
Notes
Baking time may differ depending on the pan used.
